Our Veterinarians
Dr. Randy Miller
Practice Owner
Originally from Graham MO, Dr. Miller received his DVM from the University of Missouri in 2011. He purchased Hallsville Veterinary Services in 2022 and has enjoyed providing quality, friendly and affordable veterinary services to the local community.
When he’s not at the clinics, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, working with his family’s registered angus operation, and tending his own cattle herd.
Dr. Anna Hilker
DVM
Dr. Anna Hilker is originally from Germany! She moved to Missouri in 2016 and received her DVM from the University of Missouri in 2020. She joined the HVS team in August 2023. She really enjoys the diversity of seeing different animal cases. In her free time, she enjoys being outside spending time with her fiancé, riding her horse, and taking care of her 2 dogs, cats and chickens.
Dr. William Meyers
DVM
Dr. Meyers is originally from Washington state! He moved to Missouri in 2011 and received his DVM from the University of Missouri in 2015. He joined the HVS team October 2022! He also does shelter work in Fulton, MO. When asked what his favorite part of the job is? He loves surgery the most!! He enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and daughter. They stay busy with their chickens, turkeys, guineas, rabbits, dogs, and cats!
Our Staff
Ruthi
Ruthi has been with HVS since May 2024. She is currently in her final year of college to become a Registered Veterinary Technician. In her spare time she enjoys gaming, and has three Redbone Coonhounds (Jill, Beast and River) that she hunts raccoons with every season.
Erica
Erica has been a veterinary technician now for 5 years and joined the HVS team in October 2022. Her favorite part of her job is assisting in surgery. She also stays busy as a Certified Personal Trainer. She loves spending time with her kids, husband, working out and taking her 2 dogs for walks. She also has 3 cats and a bearded dragon!
Tina
Receptionist
Tina has been our receptionist at HVS since September 2022 but has been with Dr. Miller at his other locations since 2018. She grew up not far from Moberly, where she helped take care of numerous farm animals at home and has had a passion for the vet field ever since she was a little girl. Currently, she has 6 dogs and a cat. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with them, family, friends, and being in the great outdoors.
Hailee
Hailee has been our veterinary receptionist since September 2022. She has her bachelor’s degree in animal science and has worked in the veterinary field for 3 years. Hailee enjoys the teamwork and comradery most about her job. Hailee loves spending time with her husband and two children. They stay plenty busy with their cattle operation as well!
Eva Jo
Practice Manager
Eva Jo has been working with Dr. Miller since 2016. She started out as a technician and has enjoyed transitioning over the years to practice management at HVS and Dr. Miller’s other veterinary service locations throughout northeast Missouri. In her free time, she enjoys working on her family farm, photography, participating in church/community events, and any outdoor activities!
Mr. Whiskers
Clinic Mascot
Everyone knows Mr. Whiskers, our self-appointed clinic mascot! When he’s not lounging around the clinic, you will probably see him visiting the local neighborhood enjoying extra treats and meals from his friends. He’s getting a little older now, but he still loves to chase his toy mice and is the first one to greet you in the morning!
